My job as a recovery coach is to empower women to make certain choices that stops them numbing themselves which then inturn stops them feeling empowered and lack the abundant mindset.

Whether losing weight, giving up alcohol, taking up yoga empowers you or not, it is crucial to take a holistic approach to empowerment.  You cannot feel abundant if you are looking at yourself in the mirror and not liking what you see or perhaps, looking at your bank balance and thinking that there is nothing you can do.

Infact you can do anything… but you have to get strong internally to know what you want and to know that you can achieve it.  It takes hard work, it takes going through some emotional stuff and it takes consistency.

Yes on my programme you have to give up alcohol, and stick to a healthy diet, you need to find your exercise and learn how to breathe with awareness.  Yes i want you to spend 10 minutes everyday meditating and listening to your body.,  there are many rituals and rythms that I will encourage you to try.  Some you will find works and helps and some that wont resonate with you.  Together we will find the things that work for you, in order for you to feel aligned and empowered.  You will feel invincible and know that you can achieve anything that you want, you will have the power to make it happen.

I do this with suggested resources & tools so that you feel aligned and mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually stronger.  Together, we find what works for you. We will have to see what you need to recover from and we will work on it. It will be a fun adventure.  At the end of the 90 days you will be able to make informed choices about what works for you and what doesnt.

We will get you into a sleep bedtime routine and a morning exercise meditation routine.  Structure and routine will lead you to habits and rituals that will work with your rhythm and once these habits are ingrained, you wont have to think about them again, therefore finding excuses and procrastination will be a thing of the past.

Through out the 90 days you will be tweaking and aligning.  We will talk once a week on zoom for 60 mins and i will give you action steps for the week again.  Along with emails to empower & inspire you plus i will send resources and tools as and when you need filling up.

We need to nourish our souls in order to feel wholeheartedly strong to follow our True North.  We have one life and if Covid  taught us one thing, we need to happy and content and that comes from within.  But we have to do the work.  It doesnt happen without a bit of deconstruction.
