My Story

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have been through the confusion of menopause, the heartbreak of divorce, the overwhelm of creating a living income at 58… and now at nearly 60 i am finally feeling my financial freedom, I am begining to thrive. I will never allow myself to be in that situation again.   We must not arrive at our third act of 60 and beyond without setting our GPS. 

 

So where am I now? 

 

Yes, menopause in inevitable in 100% of breathing women. The symptoms are different for everyone and things will change.  Like I did, you need to become a detective and bring awareness and attention to what is changing and what doesn’t serve you any longer.  This is not a phase, you don’t have to push through.  It is an opportunity,  a chance to look at every aspect of your life with a fresh perspective, take charge, and make things happen. 

 

Now I’m 59, I am lighter, stronger, fitter and happier.  My memory capacity is increasing, I sleep soundly, I have huge amounts of energy and my desire to learn, grow and develop is insatiable! I’m making more money that I thought possible because I have created skills that I didnt believe I had.  I dont need someone to provide for me, I now know that I can do it myself.

My Approach

 

 Having a mid-life transformation is not about dieting or denying yourself the things you love in life. It’s about being curious and seeing what is still working for you.  Looking at your triggers and craving and learning healthy habits and applying them consistently until they become part of your every day.  It is about being intentional with your thinking and being confident and aligned with who you are, what you want and where you are going.
