WHO IS LUCY B?

 I’m now in my 60th year and living life intentionally.  I know who I am, what I want, where I am going and how I’m going to get there. I have been through the confusion of menopause, the heartbreak of divorce, the overwhelm of creating a livable income at 57… and now at nearly 60 I am finally feeling my financial abundance, I am begining to thrive. I will never allow myself to be in that situation again, but it has taken work and effort from just finding myself.  We must not arrive at our third act of 60 and beyond without setting our GPS. 

I’ve made it my mission to share my pillars of health, wellbeing, my strategies for finding your purpose and my system for having the strength to carry it out, to live the life you need, want, crave and deserve.

 

 

 

WHY WORK WITH ME?

I’m a certified Nutrition Health Coach, a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
I’m a certified Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
I’m also a certified Mindfulness teacher with Mindful Academy International.

Beyond my training, I have the experience both personal and professional to help you navigate your journey through midlife, menopause, divorce, sobriety and beyond.

And, I’ve been told I’m the right kind of bossy, the ideal accountability coach and cheerleader to keep you on track to achieving your rockets of desire.

‘MIDLIFE is the perfect opportunity to have confidence, both in who you are and where you are. It’s not about being thinner or dieting or going without what you love in life. It is about healthy habits, learning them and applying them consistently until they become a natural part of your everyday behaviour. It’s about looking at your symptoms and cravings with a curious beginners mind.  It’s about dreaming your dream, sending out your rockets of desire and enabling it to happen.  We have no time left for,  “I wish I had…”

These pillars give you the tools you need, to become a detective in your life. With these in hand, we’ll work together to identify the things that no longer serve your needs and devise a plan to focus your time and energy on what does, so you can live more deliberately and create new opportunities.
