 I believe every mid-life woman needs to take the time in her mid-life to recover, in order to move forward with courage and feel empowered.  Whether its recovery from Alcohol, YoYo-dieting, Sugar, Grief, Unintentional Neglect, Divorce, Empty Nest syndrome, Menopause, Sleep disruption, low self worth, lack of purpose and motivation.  I have the tools and resources to help you. 

 Your Health is a holistic issue. Nutrition, alcohol, exercise, anxiety, sleep, brain health and connection are just some of the integral parts of your health system that I will ensure get a make-over. 

 During my 90 Day Coaching Programme you will build a strong internal structure. We’ll build habits, routines and rituals. There will be a huge sense of addition and no sense of denial.

I’m a certified Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals plus I’m a certified Mindfulness teacher with Mindful Academy International.

I’m a certified SHErecovers Coach Designate and my coaching is centered around their Guiding Principles.

I’m a certified Grey Area Drinking Coach. Which is specialist training on eliminating alcohol from your life with out any sense of denial.

Beyond my training, I have the20 years experience in the Wellbeing Industry plus personal and other professional Coaching experience to help you navigate your journey through midlife, menopause, divorce, sobriety and beyond. And, I’ve been told I’m the right kind of bossy, the ideal accountability coach and cheerleader to keep you on track to achieving your rockets of desire.  If you dont take the time to recover you will never feel EMPOWERED.
