I’ve been where you are.

I was around 40 years’ old when I first noticed things changing. I felt nervous and apprehensive about the shifts in my body and my life. The menopause was rarely spoken about, and when it was the focus was usually on the negative: the hot flashes, the forgetfulness, putting on weight…

But I refused to give up, to accept a negative outcome as inevitable. Instead, I dug deep within myself, discovered new passions like yoga, and directed my energy towards self-care.

Now, I’ve made it my mission to share the pillars to health and wellness with other women, like you, so everyone can live the life they want on their own terms, by controlling the change.



I’m a certified Nutrition Health Coach, a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.


I’m a certified Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals.

I’m also a certified Mindfulness teacher with Mindful Academy International.


Beyond my training, I have the experience both personal and professional to help you navigate your journey through the menopause.


And, I’ve been told I’m the right kind of bossy, the ideal accountability coach and cheerleader to keep you on track to achieving your goals.


Every stage of life needs a new you

Controlling the change is about confidence, both in who you are and where you are. It’s not about dieting or going without what you love in life. It is about healthy habits, learning them and applying them consistently until they become a natural part of your everyday behaviour. It’s about looking at your symptoms and cravings with a curious beginners mind.

I use a four-pillar system: yoga, nutrition, self-care and purpose to give you the tools you need to become a detective in your life. With these in hand, we’ll work together to identify the things that no longer serve your needs and devise a plan to focus your time and energy on what does, so you can live more deliberately and make the most of new opportunities.
