I’ve been where you are.
I was around 40 years’ old when I first noticed things changing. I felt nervous and apprehensive about the shifts in my body and my life. The menopause was rarely spoken about, and when it was, the focus was usually on the negative: the hot flushes, the forgetfulness, weight change, libido, invisibility, relevance, brain fog.
But I refused to accept a negative outcome as inevitable. Instead, I dug deep within myself, discovered new passions like yoga, looked at my nutrition and directed my energy towards purpose and self-care.
Now, I’ve made it my mission to share my pillars of health and wellbeing with other women, like you, so everyone can live the life they want on their own terms, by controlling the change.
